Amazing experience at Chalet Arpitan. We planned a (micro) ski wedding at the top of the slopes, which Pauline was instrumental to the planning. So helpful and knowledgeable about the area (from... skiing and hiking tips to helping book restaurants at the top of the mountain!). There’s also affordable (and delicious) catering options for the chalet which we used. The chalet itself was so nice! We used the whole chalet which is a studio apartment attached to another 2 spacious apartments with a living area and a kitchen each. We had enough space for 18 adults and 1 baby. The chalet looks to have been newly renovated and has everything you could need for a ski trip. Super close to the gondola (less than 5 mins driving). Can’t thank you enough, Pauline! We literally couldn’t have pulled off such a magical weekend without you.read more

The chalet is in tip top condition! We were with a large group of friends (18 people) and we were able to put the two dining tables in 1 dining room so that we could all dine together! The terraces... have a wonderful view of the mountains with a beautiful sunset in the evening! The owner Pauline is constantly available and is very friendly and helpfulread more

From the outset, Pauline was extremely helpful in aiding us with our transfers, ski hire and food/shopping options. When we arrived, we were greeted pleasantly and shown around the chalet, including... info about the local area, restaurants etc. Pauline made multiple trips with us to the local supermarket to collect food and drink, though I would advise ordering from the Super-U supermarket and having it delivered (which we did a few days into the week stay just due the volume of food). Nothing was ever too much trouble for Pauline, and she helped drive recycling and bins down to the nearby collection area. She was always on the other end of WhatsApp if required, and it added a really personal touch. The chalet itself was perfect. It offered everything we required; the views were incredible on a clear day and it was always very warm and very comfortable. The underfloor heating does its job extremely well, and often we turned it right down as the building simply retained heat effectively.Location wise, its perfect if you're happy to take a short bus into Les Carroz (the bus stop being a short walk) and we did end up walking into the village and back in the evenings as the bus service terminates at circa 6pm. We're all young and mobile, but I wouldn't recommend this for kids or less able persons. The setting was peaceful but close enough to get to and from the village easily.Lez Carroz was charming - the bars/restaurants were really receptive of such a large group and we returned most evenings. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone visit Chalet Arpitan! Thanks again Pauline.read more

We absolutely loved spending the Christmas week in Les Carroz and celebrating New Year at Chalet Arpitan. Chalet Arpitan is beautiful. The views, the rooms and the location. The artisan bakery in... Arache is unforgettable for our morning croissants. We had good snow, blue sky days and full use of Grand Massif. Can’t wait for next time. Thank you Paulineread more

We have had a fantastic week at Chalet Arpitan. The 2 inter-connected apartments were perfect for our group of 5 families (19 children and adults in total). Pauline could not have been more helpful... before our arrival, helping organise transfers, an in house chef for a celebratory meal, even collecting supplies from the supermarket for us ready for our arrival. The chalet is comfortable, very well equipped, has beautiful views and is within easy access of the village and the slopes.read more
