Welcome to our spacious alpine chalet in Les Carroz, perfectly located in the heart of the Grand Massif ski area. Designed especially for families and large groups, it’s a place where comfort, space, and mountain charm come together for unforgettable stays — whether for a ski holiday or a relaxing short break.

Nestled in a peaceful area just 1.5 km from the village and the ski slopes, the chalet offers easy access to the mountains while allowing you to enjoy calm surroundings and breathtaking panoramic views. Each floor features west-facing balconies, ideal for soaking up the afternoon sun and watching beautiful Alpine sunsets.

You’ll also benefit from Wi-Fi, private parking, and two secure garages suitable for bikes, motorbikes, or electric vehicles (charging plug available).

Spacious, Flexible Accommodation for Large Groups

The chalet offers two large apartments and a spacious ground-floor studio, making it ideal for high-capacity stays.

Easy Winter Access & Year-Round Convenience

The chalet driveway is heated, making winter access much easier. (Winter tyres or snow equipment remain mandatory for driving in the area.)

A free shuttle bus stops just 300 metres away in winter (for skiing) and summer (for hiking and biking), serving both the Grand Massif ski area and the Agy Nordic area.

We also propose ski lockers at the Carroz 1200 gondola (advance booking required) for added convenience.

Perfect for Families & Groups

The chalet includes:

  • Arpitan 1a – sleeps up to 9 guests (2 en-suite bedrooms)

  • Arpitan 1b – sleeps up to 10 guests (3 en-suite bedrooms)

Together, they can accommodate up to 19 guests — or up to 21 guests when adding the large ground-floor studio for 2.

In winter, spring, and autumn, the two main apartments can be combined to form one large residence: Arpitan 1, creating a generous shared space ideal for extended families or groups of friends wanting to stay together under one roof while enjoying privacy and comfort.

To enhance your stay, we can provide a number of different options for you to choose from.

Linen: sheets, towels, bath rugs so you don't need to bring them (as is usual in French rentals)

Housekeeping: end of stay or daily cleaning

Catering service: private Chef, meal deliveries, takeaway meals

Ski options: private ski locker at the Carroz 1200 gondola, ski rental

Children: baby equipment, baby sitting

Trendy self-catered apartment 85 sqm with West-facing balconies and a stunning panoramic views over the mountains. This apartment has plenty of space for 9 people with 2 family bedrooms and an extra sleeping area for 2 people in the living room (queen size Murphy bed). All rooms have a private bathroom with shower. Floor heating and electric shutters on all floors, heated shared ski room.

The kitchen comes fully equipped : oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine + nespresso, kettle, toaster, mixer etc. There is a dining area and a comfortable living room, smart tv (netflix, youtube, other streaming channels) and international channels.

If you have a large group you can rent another apartment in the chalet to make up for a group of 19 or 21.
