Rental period: Weekly rentals with changeover day Saturday in Peak season. Please enquire about short lets for periods of at least 3 nights.

Arrivals betw. 5-8 pm, departure 8.30-10 am. Please contact us for arrivals outside this timeframe, extra costs will apply.

Included: Wifi and parking. Kitchen cloths, soap, dishwashing tablets provided.

Linen: Optional €25 per person (sheets, duvet cover, pillow case, bath towel). Beds not made upon arrival.

Cleaning: Optional €80-400 according to space to clean. The apartment has to be tidied (dishwashing done, bins emptied, sheets taken off the beds) and cleaned by yourself upon leaving.

Booking: A down payment of 30-50 % of the rental fee will confirm your booking at the dates requested. Remaining amount to be paid 3 weeks before arrival. For last minute bookings (< 14 days), the total amount should be wired or paid in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation: We accept cancellations and refund 100% of the amount paid up to 60 days before arrival, 50% up to 30 days before arrival, 0% < 30 days before arrival or no show.

Refundable breakage deposit: A safety deposit of €1500 (€200 for the studio) will be requested at the time of booking and will be refunded in full upon satisfactory check-out (normal wear and tear excepted, no key loss, deep cleaning done etc) within 2 weeks.

Weekend break: Outside the winter season, 2 nights where you can arrive anytime on day 1 and leave anytime on day 3.

Taxes: Please note that the French Government apply a "Taxe de Séjour" or Visitors Tax that the Rental Property Owner is required to collect. This is currently €1.70 per adult/night.

Children welcome, No pets (even small), No smoking.
